Fall Retreat is almost here. We are so excited and ready for how God is going to be moving and working throughout the entire weekend at Camp Alpine. It’s only a matter of time before we leave so here are some important details below to prepare you for the weekend:
Registration and Cost:
The weekend costs $150 and includes all programming, meals, transportation, lodging, speakers, band, ropes course, t-shirt, & fun activities.
Registration is closed for the weekend. To be added to the wait list: email Callie or call 886-2190.
You are officially registered only when you pay the full amount & turn in your permission form. There is an additional medical release & ropes form we just found out about for the ropes course. They must both be in by Wednesday night, November 19. No exceptions.
If you want to apply for a scholarship, please download & complete entirely.
Departure and Return:
Check-In begins at 4:30pm on Friday, November 21 and we will depart from SMPC at 5:00PM from the youth wing parking lot. If you are unable to be there when the bus leaves, please notify Callie before Wednesday, November 19.
We will arrive back at SMPC around 12:30PM on Sunday, November 23.
Check List/What to Bring:
___ daily clothing (sweatshirt/jeans/shirts)
___ warm clothing (for Sat. PM – you will be outside)
___ dry shoes and (warm) socks
___ flashlight or headlamp!
___ Bible, journal and pen
___ sleeping bag and pillow
___ water bottle
___ your fave snack to share
