FISH 2020 Recap

FISH – 40 hours of showing, telling, and experiencing the good news of Jesus.

2020’s FISH is over, but the taking and going is just beginning

We’re overjoyed we got to spend the weekend with more than 300 of you awesome middle and high school students. It gives us so much joy to spread the news that you are seen, known, and loved by a God who created you, gifted you, and redeemed you in Jesus.

We played games, laughed, cried, sang, listened, looked, wrote, read, ran around, shouted out loud, felt, heard, and worshipped. We discovered the truth we were made to be loved and shine with God’s glory, and frame up our ordinary lives that people might see Jesus in us as we love our neighbors in arts, athletics, academics, service, home, family, and work. We had late nights and early (breakFISH) mornings. We had students leading and serving, and a host of people from @signalpres serving behind the scenes to welcome all.

Thanks to Stephen Henry and band, Robert Row, Stephen Woodworth, Walker and Matt for leading our program.  To Camille Ward, Jesse Schwindt, Matt Broom, Andre Dantzler, Chris Raynolds, Sally Boals, Catherine Payne, Christie Denton, Jennifer Dantzler, Robin Cornett, Regina Zesier, Joey Sherrard, and Issac Dantzler for being an amazing team. And to our partner ministry The House UTC for sharing your amazing college students with us to serve this weekend.
